| Q: Can I place an order by phone? |
| A: Yes, please call (607) - 373 - 3152 during our business hours. |

| Q: What forms of payment do you accept? |
| A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, USPS money orders & Paypal. |

| Q: Why do I have to sign for my order upon delivery? |
| A: We are required to have all credit card orders signed for upon their delivery. Due in large to id & credit card fraud. This is for your protection as well as ours. |

| Q: How is my order shipped? |
| A: We ship orders via the U.S. Postal Service. All orders are shipped with insurance & signature confirmation. |

| Q: When will my order be shipped? |
| A: Custom order items ship within 2-4 weeks. Bed skirt order ship within 4-6 weeks. |

| Q: Can I have my order shipped to another address? |
| A: Yes |

| Q: How do I know my order has shipped? |
| A: You will recieve an email confirmation once order has shipped. |

| Q: Can I cancel my order? |
| A: Yes, orders MUST be cancelled by 10:00 PM EST on the same day you placed your order. Orders cancelled after this time will incurr a 25% cancellation fee. |

| Q: Can I return my custom order item(s)? |
| A: Custom Order item(s) are not returnable nor refundable. Should an issue arise with your custom order you must phone us immediately upon receiving. We will be happy to assist you in resolving any order issues ypu may have. |

| A: No, all our items are handmade & inventory changes quickly |

| A: No we do not, all curtains are custom made to order only. |

| A: We highly recommend customers measure to ensure proper sizing & fitting. |

| A: We are always happy to make any item to your specific size, color and print. Please contact us with your details. |

| Q: Do you charge sales tax? |
| A: 8.75% Sales Tax applies to New York State Residents ONLY. |

| Q: Do you offer fabric samples? |
| A: No, If you need a sample your best option is to visit your local Joann Fabrics. There you can view/purchase samples of fabrics. |

| Q: Do you ship outside the USA? |
| A: No, d/t issues with customs & fraud we no longer ship internationally. |

| Q: Do you offer chair reupholstering? |
| A: Yes, This service is available for our local customers only. As we need the chair in our shoppe to do the work. |
