Our shipping calculator does combine shipping for multiple items automatically.

** In the event that an order is submitted using the incorrect Time ZONE we will contact you by phone or email to inform you of this. Please note that correct shipping amount will need to be applied to your order before we can begin processing your order.

**Extra Insurance - Labor Only Sewing Orders must add additional insurance if they would like their fabric/materials insured. J & M can only insure labor only sewing orders for the amount paid to us for the work/labor being done. We can not insure orders for the labor & fabric/materials unless customers pay extra for the insurance. By adding extra insurance your order will be insured for the labor & your cost of the fabric/materials provided for your order. 

U.S.A. SHIPPING: 2 - 6 Day Delivery for all orders within the USA.

**U.S.A Shipping charges include INSURANCE &  DELIVERY & SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION @ no extra charge on all orders. 

All  insurance and claims are handled in accordance with the USPS  policies. 

**We will gladly ship any order(s) to another address. We do @ times require customers to submit a Shipping Waiver Form prior to shipping.  If a waiver is needed you will be notified with 24 hours of placing your order. If we don't  receive waiver as requested prior to shipping, your order will be shipped to the the billing address rather than the shipping address you requested. 

** We ONLY ship within the U.S.A. We do NOT ship to any international destinations.  D/T increasing fraud, scams, & problems with orders getting lost/mishandled when going through customs.  PLEASE DON'T EVEN ASK.

Most packages/orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or First Class Mail. Which ever is the quickest/fastest delivery time & accommodates order size & postage paid.   

 Heavier & Bulk packages will be shipped USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box, Parcel Post Mail or with U.P.S. Which ever will accommodate your order size & postage paid.

All packages/orders require a Signature upon their delivery. This insures that our customers packages/orders are delivered to the correct address & recipient. This also prevents mishandling, weather damage, & theft of your package/order. 

This is done for the safety, privacy, & well being of our customers  packages/orders. As well as protecting J & M against, misuse, theft & fraud of our website, products & services.

If no one is available to sign for your package/order you may visit your post office to pick it up in person. You may also call them to arrange for redelivery of your package/order.

We ship orders everyday of the week, excluding Sundays & Holidays. 

Please note there may be delivery delays during high volume holiday shipping times. We have no control over any USPS delivery delays.

 Undeliverable & Refused Package/Order's Policy:

Should a package/order be returned to us as undeliverable or refused d/t customers error or irresponsibiltly in accepting their order. Customer will be refunded for their order minus our initial shipping costs to ship order, USPS returned shipping charges & a 25% restocking fee.

Customers are responsible for providing us with the correct shipping information. As well as accepting their packages/orders & following our return policy for sending orders/items back to us.

Any errors in shipping & order processing an order made by us will be taken care of by us.
